  • you will: + Define and document display system requirements, user workflows, and functional specifications to support customer and product needs + Develop and maintain subsystem requirements, interface definitions, and technical documentation for vehicle display systems + Coordinate integration of displays with controllers, sensors, diagnostics, telematics, and other machine systems + Support system verification and validation activities, including test planning, issue investigation, and requirements traceability + Collaborate with software, product design, vehicle, and validation teams to deliver integrated display solutions •VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position•What Skills You Need•+ Understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements development, requirements traceability, and system validation + Ability to define user workflows and functional requirements with a focus on operator experience and machine usability + Knowledge of vehicle communication networks and diagnostics, including
CAN/J1939

+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills to investigate issues, evaluate alternatives, and support system integration activities

+ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across software, vehicle, controls, validation, and product engineering teams

+ Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 10%

  • What Makes You Stand Out
  • + Hands-on experience defining user workflows, interfaces, or system requirements through internships, design projects, or engineering teams + Demonstrated understanding of human-machine interaction and a passion for improving operator experience through intuitive display designs + Experience working with vehicle electronics, controllers, sensors, diagnostics, or CAN-based communication networks + Experience with embedded Linux, Qt/QML, graphics frameworks, or display application development + CAN, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth communications experience + Ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives by effectively collaborating across software, vehicle, validation, and product teams + Experience with technology solutions used in the construction industry, such as grade control and GNSS, telematics, etc.

+ Familiarity with operating Construction, Forestry, or Ag off-road equipment

  • Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
