Contract For 1+ years Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, intranet resources, and internet-based tools. Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. Monitor and maintain IT systems while ensuring compliance with company security policies. Document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams as needed. Assist with user account management, password resets, and system access requests. Support network connectivity troubleshooting and basic networking functions. Follow established service desk procedures and provide excellent customer service to end users. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Equivalent technical experience will also be considered. Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Knowledge of IT security practices and computer security fundamentals. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
