Senior Manager, Order to Cash Architect We're looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary — and reshape the future of building products distribution. What you'll do: Lead enterprise architecture for Order To Cash capabilities across quoting, pricing, order capture, fulfillment, billing, and collections across QXO and acquired operating companies Define and evolve the target architecture supporting QXO's revenue platforms including order management, pricing systems, customer portals, and Oracle Fusion ERP Support acquisition diligence by assessing Order To Cash system landscapes and defining pragmatic integration strategies for newly acquired companies Design scalable architecture patterns that enable rapid onboarding of new operating companies while progressing toward standardized enterprise customer and order platforms Define, document, and enforce architectural standards and patterns for Order To Cash platforms, integrations, and customer data flows across the enterprise Partner with Engineering, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Security teams to align revenue platform technology approaches and sequencing Translate revenue operations into clear technical decisions and execution plans. Guide architecture decisions across order management systems, pricing engines, billing platforms, and customer data ecosystems. Ensure architectural alignment across commerce platforms, ERP, integration services, and enterprise data platforms. Identify architecture risks early and reduce operational disruption during platform transitions and acquisitions Balance speed and pragmatism with architectural coherence across a rapidly growing enterprise Influence teams and stakeholders to align on architecture decisions without direct authority Provide clear recommendations and say "no" when required, with credibility grounded in revenue impact, scalability, cost, and delivery risk What you'll bring: Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Specialized Knowledge Order To Cash processes including quoting, pricing, order capture, fulfillment, billing, and collections ERP-centric revenue operations architectures Customer data models and platform integration patterns Commerce, pricing, and order management platforms Architecture patterns supporting multi-entity enterprises and acquisition-driven environments Skills Strong system-level thinking and architectural judgment Ability to translate customer and revenue operations into scalable technology architectures Ability to communicate technical concepts in clear, business-oriented language Stakeholder management across engineering, commercial teams, and business leadership Abilities Work independently with minimal oversight Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Make sound tradeoffs between speed, cost, and long-term sustainability Navigate complex operational environments across multiple business units and systems Other characteristics Comfortable challenging assumptions and decisions constructively Trusted partner to engineering, applications, and commercial teams Pragmatic architect who balances enterprise standards with operational realities Professional certifications Architecture, cloud, or enterprise platform certifications preferred but not required Experience 8+ years in enterprise architecture, applications architecture, or related roles Demonstrated experience designing or governing systems supporting Order To Cash processes Experience supporting order management or revenue platform ecosystems strongly preferred Experience supporting acquisitions, system harmonization, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred What you'll earn Base pay range: $140,400 - $210,600 Annual performance bonus 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave
Paid Time Off/Paid Sick Leave:
Applicants can expect to accrue 15 days of paid time off during their first year (4.62 hours for every 80 hours worked) and increased accruals after five years of service.
