Infrastructure Engineer (W2 Role)

C Infrastructure Engineer Location:

East Moline, IL Provide onsite Tier 2 deskside support for hardware, software, and system-related issues. Deploy and image new computers, upgrade systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and dispose of outdated IT assets. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established KB articles, documented procedures, and support processes. Utilize PowerShell, Python, and other scripting tools for automation and system support tasks. Maintain asset records, update documentation, and manage inventory using asset management tools. Support Microsoft Office applications, networking fundamentals, and computer security policies. Communicate effectively through email and maintain accurate technical documentation and records. Identify operational issues, resolve standard problems independently, and escalate complex issues when required. Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment, supplies, and operational support processes.
