This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, system integration, and ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable technical solutions. Position Responsibilities System Design & Integration Develop and maintain system architectures for manufacturing operations and related technologies. Integrate hardware, software, and network components to support operational efficiency. Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements for existing systems. Project Leadership & Collaboration Lead system implementation projects, coordinating with production, IT, and engineering teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. System Maintenance & Optimization Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system operations. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and updates. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in systems engineering, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Relevant certifications in systems engineering, network management, or project management (e.g., INCOSE, PMP).
