full-time Senior Fluorine Electrolysis & Systems Engineer An advanced energy company is seeking a Senior Fluorine Electrolysis & Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, commissioning, and operation of industrial fluorine-generation systems.

Responsibilities:

Support the design and integration of fluorine-generation and HF electrolysis systems. Develop equipment specifications and evaluate technology and vendors. Provide expertise on electrolyzer cells, HF feed, electrical/rectifier systems, fluorine/hydrogen handling, controls, and abatement. Participate in process safety reviews, HAZOP/PHA, commissioning, troubleshooting, and reliability planning. Develop operating and maintenance strategies for the fluorine-generation system.

Requirements:

Senior-level experience in industrial fluorine generation, HF electrolysis, electrochemical systems, or fluorochemical processing . Hands-on experience designing, operating, commissioning, or troubleshooting fluorine electrolyzers highly preferred. Knowledge of fluorine/HF handling, high-current DC power, materials/corrosion, and hazardous gas containment. Experience in uranium conversion, nuclear fuel cycle, industrial gases, specialty chemicals, or other highly regulated chemical-processing environments is valuable.
