Responsibilities This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the integration of experimentation activities across the organization, ensuring they are aligned with the overarching strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include designing and advancing clearly defined, command-prioritized experimentation objectives that support the Campaign of Experimentation (CoE) and align with the Command Campaign Plan, as well as relevant Joint Staff experimentation activities. Additionally, this position provides strategic guidance to maximize the use of limited experimentation resources, ensuring efforts are focused on addressing critical operational gaps and priority challenges. Qualifications Masters with 11 years of experience; Bachelors with 13 years of experience Five years of senior staff level experience (JS, Service Headquarters, Major Command, Agency, and/or CCMD level experience) Understanding of

issues and priorities Experience and background in Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Governance, Project Management Experience with and understanding of DoW Joint Force Development and Design Strong project leadership, analytic ability, presentation development, and communications skills Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred). Ability to obtain TS/SCI (required) Target salary range: $95,000 - $125,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
