Job Description Maintain and support legacy voice network lab infrastructure Execute testing and validation activities for network releases and feature enhancements Develop and execute test plans and test cases Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues Support switch configuration, signaling validation, and call flow testing Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Produce testing reports and operational documentation Support production deployments and network upgrades Validate fixes and perform regression testing Support modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy switching platforms to virtualized network solutions Collaborate with AT&T engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery Provide production support and operational readiness activities as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Experience supporting legacy voice network environments and telecommunications infrastructure Knowledge of Class 4/Class 5 switching technologies Experience with network testing, validation, and troubleshooting Understanding of SS7 signaling and call flow analysis Experience supporting production deployments and network upgrades Ability to document test results, defects, and operational procedures Experience working in lab and pre-production environments Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Ability to support both legacy infrastructure and modernization initiatives Strong collaboration and communication skills
