Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 DOEFounded in 1959, we have grown into a global leader in the design, development, and manufacture of aerosol dispensing systems and packaging solutions, serving customers across personal care, household, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets worldwide. At our Columbus site, we are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), support audit readiness and regulatory compliance, drive corrective and preventive action initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet the highest quality and customer standards.

What You Will Be DoingMaintain and enhance the site's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, BRCGS, customer requirements, and internal quality standardsLead internal audit programs, support customer and certification audits, and drive corrective actions to ensure ongoing audit readiness and regulatory complianceInvestigate quality issues and nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process qualityManage quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, records, and controlled documents within the Mango document management systemDeliver quality training and drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen quality awareness, and share best practices across the organizationWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality, Chemistry, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in place of a degree.

Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, or a related quality function within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems required; BRCGS is a plus.
