Job Description

Manufacturing Quality Engineer responsible for customer quality, root cause investigation, corrective actions, statistical analysis, and quality system compliance within a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role. Knowledge of
IATF 16949
requirements. Experience investigating customer complaints, returns, nonconformances, and internal quality issues. Experience performing root cause analysis. Experience developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Proficiency with Minitab or equivalent statistical analysis software. Experience supporting Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities. Experience supporting Design of Experiments (DOE). Experience with Measurement System Analysis (MSA). Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience supporting internal quality audits. Knowledge of document control and calibration requirements. Preferred Skills Six Sigma Green Belt certification or active pursuit of certification.

auditor certification. Experience with Power Automate. Experience with process capability analysis. Experience supporting customer quality requirements in an automotive or similarly regulated manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Investigate customer complaints, product returns, nonconformances, and internal quality issues. Perform root cause analysis and identify contributing process or manufacturing conditions. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Track corrective actions through verification of effectiveness. Analyze manufacturing and quality data using Minitab or equivalent statistical software. Support SPC, DOE, MSA, and process capability studies. Identify opportunities to reduce defects and improve manufacturing process capability. Support customer quality requirements and issue resolution. Coordinate quality-related activities across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and quality functions. Support internal quality system audits. Maintain quality documentation in accordance with applicable procedures. Support calibration awareness and measurement system requirements. Maintain compliance with

quality system requirements. Support continuous improvement activities related to product and process quality.
