Job Description

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to hire an experienced Quality Systems Engineer on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with experience in ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems who is looking to join a global organization that offers long-term career growth and outstanding benefits.

Shift Salary :
$80,000 - 105,000 annually, depending on experience
Location :
Devens, MA Job Duties:
Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies Manage QMS documentation, including document control, quality manuals, and process maps Plan, lead, and conduct internal quality audits across multiple departments Document audit findings, track corrective actions, and verify effectiveness through closure Prepare the site for ISO certification and customer audits Lead gap assessments and implement continuous improvement initiatives Support investigations into quality system nonconformities and assist with root cause analysis Develop and deliver employee training related to QMS processes, audit readiness, and quality procedures Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure compliance across all operations Prepare quality metrics and reports for management review meetings Supervise the Document Control & Training Coordinator Perform additional quality-related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field Experience working within a manufacturing quality environment Experience implementing, maintaining, or auditing ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems Formal Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training preferred Strong understanding of document control, CAPA, risk management, supplier quality, validation, and production controls Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments

Pay Details:
$80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
