10+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to production systems. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Hands‑on experience with New Relic (APM, alerts, dashboards, performance monitoring). Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and DevOps practices. Experience supporting large‑scale eCommerce platforms with high availability and transaction volumes. Working knowledge of Angular applications from an operational and troubleshooting perspective. Experience with CouchDB / Couchbase or similar NoSQL databases. Strong skills in incident management, RCA, and production troubleshooting. Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, and application runtime diagnostics. Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP). Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). CI/CD tools and release automation. Performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and chaos engineering concepts.
