Required Skills & Experience 8 or more years of experience in IT architecture with a focused emphasis on cloud computing Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Active Directory, cloud security, and governance Proven experience leading cloud migration projects from assessment through execution and optimization Strong understanding of networking, security, virtualization, and storage in cloud environments Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration Working knowledge of IT security control frameworks including NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC-2, or equivalent Strong Active Directory and Group Policy administration skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Master's degree preferred Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences Experience with Agile, DevOps, or other modern IT delivery methodologies Willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours and travel as needed Desired Skills & Experience Relevant cloud certifications such as
