Job Description

Position Title:
Senior Firmware EngineerPosition Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to develop embedded software for advanced power electronic systems. This position is ideal for an engineer with a strong foundation in embedded firmware development and experience supporting products such as UPS systems, battery energy storage systems, power conversion equipment, inverters, motor drives, or other power management technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with electrical, systems, and hardware engineers to develop real-time control solutions that drive the performance, reliability, and safety of mission-critical products.
Essential Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for advanced power electronic systemsDevelop real-time software using Embedded C within Linux-based environmentsImplement and support firmware running on RTOS platformsDevelop and optimize control algorithms for system performance and reliabilityTroubleshoot firmware, hardware, and system-level issuesSupport hardware integration, validation, and product testing activitiesImplement and maintain communication protocols including CAN, RS485, SPI, and I2CCollaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, manufacturing, systems engineering, and qualitySupport both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives for existing products
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical disciplineMinimum of 5 years of embedded firmware development experienceStrong proficiency in Embedded C programmingExperience developing software in Linux-based environmentsExperience working with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)Hands-on experience debugging embedded systems and hardware integrationsExperience with communication interfaces such as CAN, RS485, SPI, and I2CStrong understanding of embedded architectures, microcontrollers, and system-level design
Preferred Qualifications:
