We're looking for a Systems Engineer who wants to grow into a senior-level technical role while working with Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take on greater technical responsibility, work directly with clients, and expand their expertise in cloud and security technologies. What You'll Be Doing Design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Lead infrastructure, migration, and modernization projects Implement cybersecurity best practices and security controls Support Microsoft Intune, Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues Participate in security assessments and remediation efforts Work directly with clients to plan and implement technology solutions Mentor junior engineers and serve as an escalation resource Create technical documentation and improve internal processes What We're Looking For Required 4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration Windows Server experience Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, switching) Experience with VMware or Hyper-V Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Comfortable with learning and new customer applications Strong documentation skills and being able to stick to time lines Preferred Microsoft Azure experience Intune and Endpoint Management experience Microsoft Defender experience PowerShell scripting and automation skills MSP experience Security certifications such as Security+, AZ-104, AZ-500, or similar What's In It For You?
