Job Description

Job Summary:
Connected is a multi-year strategic program to digitally transform Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, and Onboarding capabilities for Allegis Group and its Operating Companies. The Domain Architect is responsible for designing and delivering strategic Connected capabilities in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, business objectives, and compliance needs. This role requires deep technical and business expertise in Salesforce to define and maintain frameworks, standards, and principles while providing architectural leadership and hands-on guidance to development teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, guardrails, and principles within Connected.
  • Provide big-picture thinking and problem-solving to guide analysis, architecture, and solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, using declarative capabilities when feasible.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Product, and UX teams to design experiments (including AI) and validate new solutions.
  • Estimate effort and assess technical feasibility to support prioritization and planning.
  • Present solution designs to Architecture teams and the Architecture Review Board for feedback and approval.
  • Architect scalable solutions across Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, including large data volumes, performance optimization, and MuleSoft integrations.
  • Guide best practices for Apex, LWC, and Salesforce extensibility.
  • Deliver solutions from concept through production, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational viability.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to developers.
  • Manage technology lifecycles and applications in LeanIX.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align technology with Coalition initiatives.
  • Contribute thought leadership by leveraging Salesforce innovation and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise, Platform, and other Domain Architects to ensure end-to-end solution integrity across regions.
Responsibilities Essential Functions:
  • Establish domain-specific standards and near/mid-term strategies (0-18 months) in alignment with Enterprise standards.
  • Define future-state technologies and architectures (18-60 months) and provide domain expertise to evolve Enterprise strategy.
  • Apply architectural principles to meet operational requirements such as scalability, maintainability, security, and reliability.
  • Lead and participate in R D efforts (POCs, prototypes) with Product and UX to evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical input to support Agile planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Lead solution architecture for high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture standards throughout the SDLC via design and code reviews.
