2991423059-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Everpure, Inc. is seeking a System Engineering Manager to lead design, implementation, and operations of secure cloud data platforms for federal clients. You'll architect scalable, compliant systems on AWS/Azure, guide a team of engineers, and partner with data, analytics, and security teams to deliver high-availability solutions. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, automation and observability, performance tuning, documentation, and incident response while ensuring FedRAMP/DoD compliance. You'll mentor engineers, champion DevOps and IaC best practices, and work directly with stakeholders to translate mission needs into resilient technical solutions. Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and implementation of secure cloud-based systems for federal clients Manage and mentor a team of systems and platform engineers Own system reliability, scalability, and performance, including incident response and root-cause analysis Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code, automation, and CI/CD practices Ensure compliance with federal security and regulatory standards (e.g., Fed RAMP, Do D) Collaborate with data engineering, security, and client teams to align solutions with mission needs Establish monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for production environments Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks Required Skills Systems architecture Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Cloud Formation) Linux/Windows administration Networking and security CI/CD pipelines Monitoring and observability tools Scripting (Python/Bash/Power Shell) Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Compliance frameworks (Fed RAMP/Do D)
