Our team explores, designs, and integrates emerging technologies to provide the nation with a decisive advantage over adversaries.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead complex systems engineering efforts supporting cryptologic and cybersecurity missions. You'll drive requirements development, conduct analysis of alternatives, and lead integration efforts for emerging technologies while providing technical leadership to Government stakeholders and engineering teams.
Primary ResponsibilitiesLead requirements analysis, solution design, and value modeling for complex cryptologic and cybersecurity systemsDevelop comprehensive CONOPs, system architectures, ICDs, and technical documentationLead integration, testing, and evaluation of prototypes and systems per NSA standardsConduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for technical challengesDevelop XML schemas, metadata models, and data element dictionaries for mission systemsIntegrate specialty engineering disciplines (reliability, supportability, security) into development processesMentor junior engineers and coordinate knowledge transfer initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering plus 7 years of relevant experience, OR Master's plus 5 years, OR Doctoral plus 3 years
Alternatively:
Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with equivalent experienceFor non-ABET programs: degree must include differential and integral calculus plus 5 of 18 specified technical areas
•Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance requiredDemonstrated technical leadership in systems engineering for complex programsExperience with analysis of alternatives, value modeling, and risk managementAbility to work in a SCIF environment and travel CONUS/OCONUSIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
