What You'll Do Participate in the development, implementation, and management of applications using BI software such as WebFOCUS, MicroStrategy, and Tableau Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions Support the optimization of BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability Provide technical guidance and share best practices with team members on BI application development and support Convert complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions, including integration with enterprise data sources Explore how AI can be integrated with BI solutions to optimize processes and enhance data analysis What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as WebFOCUS, MicroStrategy, and/or Tableau Experience designing, developing, and implementing reporting and analytics solutions Understanding of performance, scalability, and usability considerations for BI tools Ability to share technical guidance and best practices with team members Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills Compensation & Grade This role is offered at GS-13 , with a salary range of $121,785-$158,322/year , plus full federal benefits.
