Job Description

Ford Racing chassis systems engineer focused on analysis and integration of chassis components to deliver vehicle level performance targets on future Ford Racing production vehicles. The Chassis Systems Engineer is responsible for integrating the chassis components into a vehicle level system. This role will partner closely with D&R engineers, Vehicle Engineering, Vehicle Dynamics, and cross-functional teams to establish vehicle kinematic and compliance targets, maintain system health chart documentation, support development milestones, and ensure chassis-related data, ADAMS models, and test outputs align with program requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and experience working across prototype and production vehicle builds. This position requires the ability to translate test data and engineering requirements into actionable recommendations that support chassis component development, vehicle dynamics performance, durability readiness, and milestone deliverables. Occasional travel may be required to support vehicle development and supplier reviews.
