As a Automotive Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting vehicle development and integration teams. • What's the Job?
• + Create, update, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) efficiently.

+ Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all CFOs align with project objectives and standards.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for global feature strategies.

+ Support platform and program-specific new feature development initiatives.

+ Perform competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to inform development processes.

• What's Needed?
• + Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.

+ 3 to 5 years of automotive industry experience.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical content to non-technical audiences.

+ Effective project coordination skills.

+ Solid background in Automotive Systems and knowledge of

ISO 26262

standards.
