Job Description
In this position... Ford Motor Company's Under Body Systems Engineering (UnSE) team within Product Development is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Driveline / Propulsion System Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. This critical role involves the development, integration, and validation of driveline systems for traditional Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles, manual transmission applications, and next-generation Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of system-level engineering, transmission and driveline technologies, electric motor systems, gearboxes, system safety, and overall vehicle performance. This position provides the opportunity to work in a global, fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to several cross-functional areas including ICE powertrain systems, manual transmissions, Electric Vehicle systems, NVH, Vehicle Operations, Tier 1/2 Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Program Management.
