What You'll DoProvide technical leadership to Systems and Software Engineers within a SysML-based MBSE environmentDevelop and execute MBSE strategies across full program lifecycles, including requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, and validationDefine and manage system architecture, requirements flow-down, trade studies, and technical performance measuresLead the development of MBSE plans, ensuring clear ownership, structure, and execution of model elementsGuide cross-functional teams in requirements decomposition for both functional and non-functional system requirementsSupport proposal development, scope definition, work breakdown structures, and program planning activitiesDrive integration of digital engineering tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Cameo, MADe, Capital Harness, SLICWave) to establish a connected engineering ecosystemContribute to the development and standardization of MBSE methodologies, including style guides and reusable model frameworksSupport system integration, risk management, testing, and technical program reviewsWhat You BringStrong experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in complex engineering environmentsProficiency in SysML and Cameo Enterprise Architecture (or similar MBSE tools)Experience with requirements decomposition, system architecture, and end-to-end system lifecycle processesFamiliarity with digital engineering tools such as Teamcenter, MADe, Capital Harness, or similar platformsAbility to lead technical efforts and guide cross-functional engineering teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience supporting defense, military, or highly regulated engineering programs is highly preferredThis is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence advanced system development and digital engineering transformation.
