We are currently seeking a Staff Firmware Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of experience in embedded firmware development. Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ programming for resource-constrained embedded platforms. Experience developing firmware for wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, Cellular (LTE/5G), NFC. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, IPv6, routing, and security protocols. Deep knowledge of embedded system architecture, microcontrollers, SoCs, device drivers, interrupts, DMA, memory management, and peripheral interfaces. Experience with Bare metal system, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and/or embedded Linux environments. Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills using tools such as protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG debuggers, and RF test equipment. Experience optimizing system performance, wireless reliability, latency, throughput, and power consumption. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to engineering, management, and external stakeholders. Experience with software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and Agile development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
