- 8+ years of Platform Engineering / DevOps / SRE experience
- Strong cloud background (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS also considered)
- Terraform or Pulumi
- Python, PowerShell, Go, or Bash
- Heavy CI/CD pipeline experience (manager specifically called this out as a must-have)
- Infrastructure as Code
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, certificates, security)
