USSTRATCOM
is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. Service Improvement Architect Evaluates Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and researches ways to implement service improvements. Liaises with enterprise architects, system architects, ServiceNow architects, network architects, cybersecurity architects, IT architects, and operations teams. Recommends improvements (e.g., tools, processes, and methodologies) that will increase efficiency and provide best-value services. Drives the development, assessment, recommendations, and implementation of continuous improvement/re-engineering initiatives to simplify processes, eliminate waste, and reduce risks. Provides technical and managerial leadership to assigned tasks, including contract and subcontractor management. Supervises assigned staff; participate in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. Conducts planning and provide recommendations to client on task workload. Coordinates development of deliverables and products and ensure quality of project deliverables. Effectively manages projects following the Agile methodology including Scrum. Uses Cameo EA to draft UAF/SysML/BPMN diagrams to facilitate analyses, produce technical documentation, and report findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Analyzes requirements, defined project scope and objectives, developed work plans and schedules, and oversees work to ensure quality products and viable solutions; works closely with the Knowledge Management (KM) Team on software tool solutions implementation.

Requires a Bachelors Degree in STEM discipline, 12+ years of experience or Masters Degree and 10 years of experience
Security Clearance Level:
Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Certifications:
ITIL 5 Foundation; DoD 8140 compliant cyber certification
Location:
Offutt AFB, NE Must possess experience in enterprise project management, program analysis, and systems engineering experience for DoD IT programs. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and Digital Engineering methods and tools is highly desirable.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
