Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Cloud Engineer to support the continued growth of our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to building and operating enterprise-grade, containerized services that support authentication and authorization platforms. These systems are critical to web security and access control, with a strong focus on high availability, scalability, and performance in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade cloud and containerized services Contribute to authentication and authorization platform initiatives focused on security, scalability, and performance Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and automation efforts Assist in improving build, deployment, and operational workflows Collaborate with engineering teams to support service-based architectures including microservices and serverless technologies Support monitoring, logging, and observability initiatives for cloud applications and services Troubleshoot application, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues Work within fast-paced Agile development environments while collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices Hands-on experience with or exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins Basic understanding of networking concepts and security fundamentals including perimeter security and DMZ environments Experience contributing to service-based architectures such as microservices, containerized applications, or serverless technologies Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and iterative development environments Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or experience developing and supporting applications in cloud environments Exposure to traffic routing, CDN, or edge technologies such as Akamai Experience with monitoring, logging, or observability tools such as Datadog or Splunk Interest in learning operational best practices and cloud-native technologies
