This role supports advanced radar system development across the engineering lifecycle, from requirements through test and integration, on mission critical defense programs. This position requires a technical background in systems or software engineering along with hands-on experience in modeling and verification.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in EE, Systems Engineering, CS, or related field 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB Scripting experience Strong written and oral communication skills U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience with DOORs and Git Radar systems development background

What You Will Be Doing:

Convert radar requirements into detailed software specifications Develop models and run simulations to evaluate system performance Support system design, test, and agile engineering processes Support verification, integration, and certification milestones
