Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with 8+ years of overall experience, to support the stability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency of software products and applications. This role will work closely with R D teams to improve product stability, build automation and DevOps solutions, support reliable deployments across development through production environments, and maintain the availability and health of live services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, cloud-native applications, networking, security, observability, and Infrastructure as Code.

  • Incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Kubernetes and containers.
  • CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automation and scripting.
  • Networking and security.
  • Observability and SRE metrics.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Disaster recovery and AWS.
  • Supporting .NET and C# applications. Required Qualifications
  • Experience working under a Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems across systems, networks, software, and APIs and identify relevant sources of information.
  • Understanding of source and version control systems such as Git or BitBucket.
  • Experience with DevOps processes and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD solutions.
  • Good knowledge of cloud-native applications, preferably AWS.
  • Experience with IT automation using tools such as Ansible and programming or scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Understanding of Microsoft development tools, including Visual Studio, IIS, MS SQL Server, and .
NET, is a plus.
