Cyber Systems Engineer -
Early/Mid Career Location:
Moorestown, NJ Salary:

Schedule:
Onsite We are seeking an early-to-mid-career Cyber Systems Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to support a complex defense systems program. This position focuses on cybersecurity requirements development, behavioral modeling and systems-engineering activities throughout the full development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Decompose high-level customer cybersecurity requirements into system- and product-level requirements. Develop, manage and maintain requirements using IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management tools. Establish traceability from customer requirements through system and product requirements. Develop and analyze cybersecurity behavioral models using Cameo, Rhapsody or similar MBSE tools. Create clear technical presentations illustrating cybersecurity functionality and alignment with customer requirements. Communicate technical information, risks and program status to internal and external stakeholders. Participate in Agile development activities throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle. Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems, software and integration teams.
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of cybersecurity, systems engineering or related defense-industry experience. Experience developing, decomposing or managing technical requirements. Familiarity with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management, DOORS or DOORS Next Generation. Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or IBM Rhapsody. Understanding of cybersecurity concepts within complex hardware/software systems. Strong PowerPoint, technical-writing and presentation skills. Strong verbal communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Ability to work onsite in Moorestown, NJ. U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, systems engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or a related field. Experience supporting DoD, Navy, radar, missile-defense or combat-system programs. Familiarity with SysML, system architecture and requirements traceability. Active DoD security clearance.

$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
