12 Months (35 Hours per Week) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solutions Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in AEM along with leadership capabilities to guide development teams, ensure system performance, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance across environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dispatcher configuration, caching, and performance Support CI/CD pipelines, including Cloud Manager operations, automated builds, deployments, and testing Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics platforms, and custom APIs Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostics Stay updated with AEM features, cloud services, and Adobe Experience Cloud advancements Mandatory Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in AEM development Strong expertise with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs, and workflows Relevant AEM certifications (e.g., AEM Sites Architect, AEM Sites Lead, AEM DevOps, AEM Sites Developer) Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and conducting code reviews Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions Strong experience in developing AEM components, integrations, and web applications Expertise in: Java Sling OSGi HTL (Sightly) HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance tuning Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise deployments Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar Strong troubleshooting and production support experience in AEM environments Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Target Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM Experience with Akamai CDN Experience with translation tools such as Smartling or TransPerfect Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or Solr Key Skills AEM Development & Architecture Java & Web Technologies CI/CD & DevOps Practices Performance Optimization System Integration Troubleshooting & Production Support Team Leadership & Mentoring
