00 per year The Technology Architect for Silicon Spin Quantum Platforms is a senior technical leadership role within GF Labs and Quantum Technology Solutions. The role defines and industrializes foundry-compatible platforms for electron-spin, nuclear-spin, and coupled electron-nuclear-spin quantum devices. This individual converts customer architectures into manufacturable 300 mm process flows, test vehicles, design rules, materials specifications, integration schemes, and technology roadmaps spanning qubit devices, cryogenic control, superconducting interconnect, and advanced packaging. As a JL9 Principal Member of Technical Staff, this Technology Architect is the technical authority connecting quantum-device requirements with semiconductor manufacturing. The position owns architecture-to-fab translation, leads customer technology transfers and new-product introductions, drives yield and variability learning, and guides programs from early test structures through qualified, repeatable manufacturing. The architect works directly with customer engineering teams across silicon spin, donor/nuclear-spin, neutral-atom enabling hardware, and NMR or adjacent quantum systems. Expected Salary Range $143,000.00
