We're looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen crew. You'll handle prep, work the line during service, and pitch in with dishwashing as needed and daily cleaning. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy setting and takes pride in delivering quality, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep Work:

Prepare ingredients with care and efficiency—chopping, marinating, and setting up stations for smooth service.

Line Cooking:

Execute menu items to our high standards during fast-paced service, maintaining consistency and quality under pressure.

Dish Duty:

Step up for dishwashing as needed to keep the kitchen humming

Cleaning:

Perform daily cleaning tasks to keep our workspace spotless and up to food safety standards.

Team Support:

Collaborate with owners and staff, pitching in wherever needed to ensure a great experience for our guests.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a kitchen (prep and line cooking preferred, but we're willing to train the right person). A strong work ethic and a drive to meet our high standards of excellence. Ability to stay cool and focused in a fast-paced environment. Self-accountability—own your work, learn from mistakes, and grow with us. Team player attitude—ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
