White Plains, NY Description Project Overview This Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role will participate in the design, build, and maintenance of scalable foundations for cloud applications and infrastructure . The engineer will collaborate across the client s IT organization to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , manage and provision systems and services, and optimize cost, performance, and security across major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) . Job Functions & Responsibilities Write and maintain automated scripts using tools such as Terraform and Ansible to deploy cloud resources. Assist DevOps teams by supporting developers in building CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, reliable, and automated application delivery. Maintain consistency across environments using immutable infrastructure principles and reduce deployment drift. Monitor cloud environments for performance bottlenecks and perform capacity planning. Diagnose and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues during outages with minimal disruption to services. Set up proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and Prometheus . Participate in on-call rotations to support production services. Perform root cause analysis and handle routine cloud infrastructure maintenance.
