Job Description

Lead Domain Architect Hybrid Cleveland, OH Direct Hire | Perm Project Details Brand-new position created due to the dissolution of client s centralized Enterprise Architecture group. The CRM team needs a dedicated, hands-on architecture leader to guide modernization efforts. The team is migrating legacy, decades-old systems to cloud-based, modern architecture, and needs a single owner for architectural vision, documentation, and direction.
Top Must-Haves:
Own and drive domain-level architecture for the CRM ecosystem. Serve as the central architecture authority (not part of a larger architect team). Lead modernization strategy, including cloud migration and future-facing design (e.g., AI readiness). Produce and maintain architectural documentation and long-term technical vision. Partner closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership. Mentor developers (no direct reports).
