•100% onsite Position Overview The Senior Agile Engineer (Cloud) applies advanced software programming and systems engineering capabilities to build, test, and deploy robust intelligence applications. Operating with minimal oversight, this role focuses on hands-on cloud-native development, optimizing pipelines, and resolving complex technical issues to transition advanced capabilities into the NASIC Unified Cloud (NUC) non-production and production environments.
Core Responsibilities Advanced Application & Testbed Engineering:
Performs hands-on software coding, design, and complex modifications for cloud-hosted applications and advanced software-based testbeds/simulators.
Agile Workflow Optimization:
Actively guides pure Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives). Mentors team members, tracks sprint velocities, and systematically removes technical development bottlenecks.
Technical Bug Analysis & Resolution:
Performs comprehensive requirement and problem analysis to isolate and remediate critical Discrepancy Reports (DRs), executing transaction activity plans to return applications safely to operation.
Multi-Vendor Cloud Integration:
Implements code integrations to interface with external vendor technologies on the NUC, ensuring proper endpoints match exposed service standards.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience OR a Master's degree and 8 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience modifying complex application programs from technical specifications. Strong background deploying and sustaining code within a DAF Cloudworks or commercial cloud infrastructure.
Clearance & Compliance:
Active TS/SCI security clearance for 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB. Demonstrated experience executing program specifications utilizing DoD coding standards.

NASIC Experience:
NASIC experience highly desired, not mandatory.
