- it's the team): Administer and maintain cloud-hosted thin client infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, patching, and endpoint device management Manage device lifecycle operations such as firmware updates, certificate management, and hardware provisioning/repurposing Build and maintain virtual desktop environments across multiple platforms, including gold images, host pools, and user profile management Lead pilot testing and feedback programs to evaluate performance and continuously improve virtual desktop experiences Implement security hardening standards across systems, templates, and infrastructure to maintain compliance Partner with security officers to support system authorization processes and ongoing compliance monitoring Develop operational documentation, including system architecture plans, disaster recovery procedures, and help desk support guides Provide strategic guidance and technical analysis on platform selection, cost optimization, and security architecture Note the certs (REQUIRED is Security+): Professional Certifications •

(some of this might be repeated from above) Hands-on experience administering virtual desktop infrastructure platforms Experience configuring and managing thin-client deployment and endpoint management consoles Proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline deployment, scheduling, and profile management tasks Experience supporting security compliance processes and documentation in regulated environments Strong technical writing skills, with experience producing operational procedures, design documentation, and technical evaluations
