Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Final Integration and Testing (FIAT) Technician to support the final integration and testing of systems as they transition from Production to Shipping. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality by verifying system performance, with a primary focus on camera and lighting alignment across multiple inspection modules. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong working knowledge of company products and inspection systems Take ownership of quality verification for systems, upgrades, add-ons, and components processed through FIAT Perform final integration and test activities, with emphasis on camera and lighting alignment across multiple modules Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during FIAT in collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Project Engineering Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment used in the FIAT area Track and update system status daily, including FIAT tracking tools and spreadsheets Document findings through system tickets and internal observation logs Adapt to shifting priorities and support additional tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications Hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electronic systems Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues Ability to follow established procedures and documentation processes Solid verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills & Experience Detail-oriented with a proactive, persistent approach to problem-solving Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word We're an equal opportunity employer.
