This role is focused on designing and implementing integrations across products and partner systems using modern API, event-driven, and integration platform technologies. Support integration patterns including:

API-based integrations Event-driven messaging Data synchronization Workflow orchestration Evolve the API Platform Implement and maintain APIs leveraging API management. Ensure APIs follow established standards for security, performance, documentation, and lifecycle management. Help enable partner integration through well-documented APIs and integration tooling. Mature Integration Delivery & DevOps Implement DevOps practices for integrations including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation. Maintain monitoring and observability for integrations to ensure reliability and operational transparency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across systems. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with product management, architecture, and engineering teams to support end-to-end business workflows. Assist engineering teams in implementing integration best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of integration tooling, patterns, and development practices. Experience 7+ years of experience building modern software systems. Experience designing and implementing system integrations and API-based architectures. Strong experience with .NET, C#, and

development. Integration Technologies Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Prismatic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato. Experience building and operating an integration marketplace enabling internal teams and external partners to connect through standardized APIs and integration frameworks. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems. Cloud & Platform Skills Experience building cloud-based solutions using Azure services such as API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, or Functions. Understanding of event-driven architecture and modern integration patterns. DevOps & Delivery Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience building and maintaining reliable integration pipelines and operational monitoring. Collaboration Strong communication skills and the ability to work across engineering, product, and support teams. Ability to translate architectural guidance into practical technical implementations.
