Job Description Responsibilities Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Microsoft 365 messaging, collaboration, and communication platforms . Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Outlook, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services . Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and solution design sessions to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant messaging solutions. Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise collaboration capabilities. Develop and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, governance frameworks, and integration strategies across messaging platforms. Lead PCI-DSS compliance assessments , audit reviews, and remediation efforts with QSAs and regulatory stakeholders. Drive cloud modernization, platform transformation, tenant integration, and enterprise messaging migration initiatives. Mentor engineers and technical leaders while serving as an escalation point for complex architectural, operational, and compliance challenges. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience Ten or more years of experience across multiple technology disciplines Three or more years of project/team leadership skills experience Skills & Qualifications Deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server , Exchange Online , Hybrid Messaging Architecture , and enterprise email platforms. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 , Outlook , Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) , and collaboration technologies. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Purview , including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) , Message Encryption , Information Protection , and Sensitivity Labels . Proven experience architecting and supporting PCI-compliant messaging solutions within large-scale enterprise environments. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles , Microsoft cloud services, and enterprise-scale solution design. Expertise in security, compliance, governance, retention, risk management, and regulatory requirements for collaboration platforms. Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives and influencing architecture decisions across business and technical stakeholders. Hands-on knowledge of PowerShell , Graph API , Microsoft Defender , messaging security platforms (Proofpoint, IronPort), and automation/reporting solutions. Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
