Account Manager Notes:

This will be a Hybrid role requiring one day onsite at OGO This role will be responsible for cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD automation, platform reliability, security compliance, and production operations within AWS environments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Manage and optimize EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and related AWS services. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Terraform. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate operational processes. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support. Drive vulnerability remediation, security compliance, and platform upgrades. Improve observability, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience. Partner with development teams to streamline deployments and improve engineering productivity. Support AWS cost optimization and cloud governance initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EKS, ECS, Lambda, IAM, S3, and RDS. Experience with Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud security, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps practices. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale enterprise AWS platforms. Familiarity with Couchbase and cloud-native microservices architectures. AWS DevOps Engineer Professional or related certifications. Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools. Success Measures Reliable and secure platform operations.
