50/hr We're looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to join a team responsible for managing and supporting endpoint technology across a large enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys endpoint management, automation, systems administration, and improving the tools and processes that keep users productive and secure. You'll play a key role in managing Windows endpoints, software deployment, device compliance, and modern endpoint management technologies while helping mentor other engineers on the team. What You'll Be Doing Manage and support enterprise endpoint platforms and administration tools Create, deploy, and maintain software packages and operating system deployments Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, and related endpoint management technologies Support device compliance, patch management, and endpoint security initiatives Build and maintain imaging and deployment task sequences Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint management issues across a large user base Partner with infrastructure, networking, and security teams on enterprise initiatives Evaluate and implement new endpoint management technologies and processes Improve operational efficiency through automation and scripting Assist with project planning, testing, upgrades, and platform enhancements Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other desktop engineers Support Active Directory and Group Policy administration What We're Looking For 5+ years of desktop engineering or enterprise desktop support experience 3+ years of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) administration Strong experience with software packaging, application deployment, and operating system deployment Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot Strong understanding of Windows endpoint management in enterprise environments Experience administering Active Directory and Group Policy Solid troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and endpoint technologies Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Jamf administration experience PowerShell scripting and automation experience SQL knowledge Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-based endpoint environments Experience with enterprise security and compliance initiatives Technology Environment Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot Active Directory Group Policy Microsoft Cloud Management Gateway Jamf PowerShell Windows Enterprise Platforms By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
