This Dispatch/Part-Time independent contractor role involves providing on-site and remote support to end users while efficiently managing assignments and coordinating service requests. You'll serve as the go-to technical resource for desktop support, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and smooth coordination among field technicians and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications. Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting. Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations. Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required. Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team. Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.

Required Skills:
