Are you passionate about building reliable integrations, automating deployments, and optimizing enterprise platforms? As an Engineer, Integration & Dev Operations, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting integrations while driving DevOps best practices across critical business systems. This position combines integration engineering with operational excellence, ensuring enterprise applications remain scalable, secure, and highly available. In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver seamless system connectivity, automate operational processes, and improve the reliability and performance of enterprise technologies. This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a 50-minute radius of Temple, TX.

What You'll Do Design, develop, and support integrations between enterprise platforms such as Oracle, GEP, Workday, and other business applications using APIs, middleware solutions, web services, and event-driven architectures. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments, integration releases, and infrastructure changes. Partner with business and technical teams to translate operational and business requirements into scalable integration and automation solutions. Manage system connectivity, data flows, and platform integrations to ensure data integrity, security, performance, and compliance. Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes to improve application and integration reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration, application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across development, testing, and production environments. Support release management activities, including testing, change management, deployment planning, and production support. Collaborate with security teams to implement identity management, authentication, and compliance requirements across integrated systems. Work with third-party vendors and service providers to support platform integrations, APIs, and operational processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and support procedures. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, infrastructure optimization, and modern DevOps practices. Promote continuous improvement by introducing tools, standards, and best practices that enhance platform stability and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations in complex business environments. Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control management, automated deployments, and system monitoring. Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns. Experience with scripting and automation technologies used for system administration, deployments, and operational processes. Understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure concepts, and application lifecycle management. Experience with authentication and security technologies, including OAuth, SAML, SSO, identity provisioning, and data governance best practices. Experience supporting production environments, including incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support. Ability to gather requirements and collaborate effectively with developers, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability, automation, and continuous improvement. This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
