In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust middleware solutions that facilitate seamless communication across diverse enterprise systems. Your expertise will drive the integration of complex applications, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions, leveraging your technical prowess to support our organization's digital transformation initiatives. Duties Develop, configure, and troubleshoot IBM MQ messaging queues to ensure reliable data exchange across distributed systems. Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable middleware solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Implement and maintain system integrations using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other middleware protocols to connect diverse applications such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and custom software. Manage system performance through load balancing, system tuning, and capacity planning to optimize message throughput and latency. Conduct system troubleshooting support by diagnosing issues related to message delivery failures, security vulnerabilities, or configuration errors. Automate deployment processes utilizing DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of middleware components. Ensure system security by implementing cloud security measures, firewall configurations, VPN access controls, and vulnerability assessments in compliance with IT security standards. Requirements Proven 7-10years of experience working with IBM MQ or similar message queuing systems within a service-oriented architecture environment. Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise system design. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks and configuration management. Hands-on knowledge of database systems including SQL (T-SQL), MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra for data integration tasks. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux/Unix environments for system administration and troubleshooting. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) focusing on cloud security practices and virtualization technologies like VMware or Kubernetes. Ability to perform requirements analysis and business process modeling to support application development and system integration projects. Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, network engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), configuration management tools, and microservices architecture principles.
