Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a
Physical System Engineer:
Hybrid Remote - Mondays and Fridays Remote Responsibilities Core Responsibilities- Design, implement, and configure complex security systems including access control, visual controls, IoT, intrusion, and other specialized technical physical security systems.
- Provide specialized technical support to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all related Technical Security Systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, and support and maintain physical security management systems and applications.
- Debug and resolve application, database, operating system, and network issues for both pc's and servers with a variety of operating system combinations, server hardware, and network topologies in partnership with Database and Network teams, as well as 3rd party vendors.
- Work on the rollout of new systems and remediation of existing systems while coordinating with project managers and physical security team members.
- Ensure the quality of services and solutions to application user base, other application owners and IT technical teams.
- Ability to generate and manage status reports, meeting minutes, and change or outage notifications.
