Role Overview:
The L2+ Onboarding Agent (Transit) is a critical role dedicated to scaling our transit partner onboarding capabilities, directly supporting our 2026 partner roadmap. The primary focus of this position is to drive the transition from experimental and manual workflows toward standardized, highly automated processes. By maturing these repeatable workflows, the agent will enable the team to re-allocate bandwidth toward strategic incubation projects and hub onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Agency Onboarding Process Definition:
Transform current "loosely organized" g3doc processes into a verified, reliable, and scalable onboarding documentation suite. You will collaborate closely with Partner Eng to stabilize 1:1 onboarding steps and improve pre-submit test pass rates, ensuring that experimental workflows are moved into production G3 directories with proper tests and reviews.
Partner Project Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, coordinating integration timelines and managing tracking issues through Buganizer. You will act as the bridge between external partners and internal Engineering/PSE teams, facilitating partner education on data requirements and basic troubleshooting while forwarding advanced setup requests to technical specialists.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks within the current onboarding pipeline and propose workflow optimizations. Your goal is to reduce Time to Resolution (TTR) and improve Partner Satisfaction metrics by implementing more efficient tracking and communication models. This is a Hybrid role in San Jose, CA
