Job Description:
Join a growing, multi-generational organization at a pivotal point in its digital transformation as it transitions to Microsoft Dynamics within the M365 ecosystem. As a Power Platform Architect, you will take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing enterprise solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on development, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions. You will play a critical role in stabilizing and advancing ERP integrations, driving governance and best practices, and ensuring long-term success of the organization's Power Platform initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Lead integration efforts between Dynamics ERP and other enterprise systems. Establish governance standards, security protocols, and best practices for Power Platform usage. Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting for complex applications and workflows. Evaluate new platform capabilities and recommend adoption strategies aligned to business needs. Document architecture, technical designs, and operational procedures. Collaborate across IT, business analysts, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, M365 ecosystem, and Azure integrations. Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise application deployment. Experience establishing governance frameworks and best practices for Power Platform environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to operate in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and deliver results with minimal ramp-up time. Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification; experience with data modeling, APIs, and enterprise security frameworks is a plus.
