6 month contract to start with potential to extend Role Overview We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with a primary focus on Power BI and data modeling. The ideal candidate will possess an architectural mindset to support software development life cycle (SDLC) practices and be adept at explaining solutions to business stakeholders. This role involves maintaining and supporting operations within the Corporate IT and Digital HUB teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI solutions, with an emphasis on robust data modeling. Provide a working understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate to support the team. Apply an architectural mindset to support SDLC practices, including development, testing, and production pipelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and articulate technical solutions. Contribute to digital hub operations and keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) activities within Corporate IT. Function effectively in a customer-facing role requiring strong communication.
Required Qualifications Technical Skills:
Demonstrated primary strength in Power BI. Proficiency in data modeling. Working knowledge of the broader Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Understanding of SDLC principles (dev/test/prod, pipelines).
Experience:
Proven experience in a developer role with a focus on Power BI. Experience in a customer-facing role with a need for clear communication with business stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $75.00/hr. This is a contract position with a duration of 6+ months.
