Job Description

RedCloud seeks a Process Architecture Lead to support immediate client operations.
Location:
Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)
Overview:
The Process Architecture Lead will define how our client's future-state technology, processes, and operating model should evolve. Working in partnership with the Product / Business Roadmapping Lead, the Architecture Lead assesses technical feasibility, complexity, dependencies, process impacts, scalability, and future-state design considerations. Beyond roadmap planning, the role establishes architecture principles, target-state operating models, governance processes, and design review mechanisms that ensure modernization investments advance our client's long-term business and technology strategy rather than recreating legacy solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assess technical feasibility, complexity, dependencies, and modernization constraints. Build and maintain future-state solution, process, and operating model designs. Develop technical sequencing criteria and architecture roadmaps. Define architecture standards, principles, and governance processes. Conduct design reviews and future-state alignment assessments. Establish target-state support models and operational structures. Identify process, technology, and organizational impacts of future-state designs. Partner with roadmap, delivery, and readiness teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, business architecture, or process transformation leadership. Experience supporting large-scale modernization, ERP, digital, or platform transformation initiatives. Expertise in operating model design and process architecture. Strong facilitation, governance, and executive advisory skills. Experience balancing business priorities with technical realities and long-term strategy. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business decisions and roadmap recommendations. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US:
$177,000 - $197,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
